By accessing or using CastTraceLures’ website (casttracelures.shop) and purchasing Open Water Jigs or Crankbaits, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Order Acceptance

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., if a product is out of stock, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraud). We’ll notify you and issue a full refund if your order is canceled.
• An order confirmation email doesn’t mean acceptance – your order is accepted only when we ship the product.

2. Product Information

• We try to display accurate details: Jig weights, Crankbait diving depths, and colors. However, minor differences may occur (e.g., Crankbait color shades) due to manufacturer updates or monitor displays.
• Product specifications (e.g., Jig hook strength, Crankbait material) are subject to change by the manufacturer – we’ll update our site as soon as we get new info.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content on casttracelures.shop (text, product photos, logos) is our property. You can’t copy, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
• "Open Water Jigs" and "Crankbaits" are generic product terms – our brand name "CastTraceLures" is a trademark, and you can’t use it without authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We aren’t liable for indirect damages (e.g., missed fishing trips, lost catches) from delayed shipping, product defects, or order errors.
• Our total liability for any order won’t exceed the amount you paid for the Jigs/Crankbaits in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, U.S.A. (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
