1. Order Processing
- All Open Water Jigs and Crankbaits are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Crankbaits with delicate diving lips are packed in shockproof foam to avoid damage – this may add 1 extra day for secure packaging (you’ll get a "packaging update" email).
- A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships (USPS/FedEx for U.S. orders).

3. Important Notes
- International buyers: You’re responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees (we don’t cover these).
- Open Water Jigs (weight > 1oz) may have slight shipping surcharges (added at checkout if applicable).
- We don’t ship to PO Boxes for expedited orders (signature required for high-value gear).
